Jun. 2nd, 2025 10:25 pmUp late today: one might say this is a bad start to the week and getting into these alleged better habits, but also, I don’t care. I just want to go to sleep soon. I had a pretty quiet day at work where I mostly just worked on my continuing backlog of stuff and didn’t interact with people, which I didn’t really feel like doing. After work, I did nothing productive, just had some zoned out introvert time. I do not regret this either. Tomorrow, energy allowing, I’ll do some Tasks and go to sleep early.
My wrist is feeling better, though still not fully recovered. I mean the improvement is noticeable. I am just a bit impatient. It’s definitely true that the thing that is least helpful is using it and the thing that is most helpful is letting it rest.
I started reading Quo Vadis at lunch. Pretty slow going so far as I have been trying to look up words I don’t know. And they are not easy to Google. It’s quite unlike anything I’ve read before but I think I’ll get more into it as I figure out the style and acclimate myself to it.
